ElectraNet sought to clarify what is needed from a standards and requirements database to improve how its standards, specifications and related engineering information are managed.
Our team supported this through three focused work streams:
- Work stream A: Requirements Quality Improvement Pilot, comparing a Copilot-based agent with alternative AI-enabled solutions.
- Work stream B: Requirements Database Use Case Definition, focused on improving the management of ElectraNet’s design policies, functional requirements and design manuals.
- Work stream C: Proof-of-concept development for a hierarchical standards database, including waivers, change requests, risk assessment and publishing workflows in Jama and Relatics.
