Sydney Water’s Standards Engineering project is transforming a suite of more than 90 engineering standards to make them more consistent, user-friendly and adaptable to evolving business needs. The program supports Sydney Water’s planned $34 billion infrastructure investment over the next decade.
Our team provided advisory support and training to help Sydney Water digitise its engineering standards and improve how requirements are structured, analysed and published.
This included proof-of-concept activities and tool evaluations across:

- Requirements quality analysis
- Database setup and standards publishing workflows
