Sydney Metro West is a new underground metro line linking Greater Parramatta and the Sydney CBD, with Honeywell delivering the building management, CCTV, public address, fire detection and passenger information systems end to end.
Overmorrow supported Honeywell in establishing an integrated systems engineering and assurance environment, combining a tailored SESA framework with Relatics to strengthen the management of requirements, architecture, interfaces and hazards.
Our scope included:
- SESA scoping, prioritisation and process development
- Relatics configuration across architecture, requirements, packages, hazards and ADC management
- Requirements data capture and structuring
- End-user testing, familiarisation and implementation readiness
