Our staff was Sytra’s Bid Manager for the Paramatta Light Rail Systems, Operations and Maintenance Consortium with Keolis Downer.
The scope included VISSIM modelling, rail operations modelling in RailSyS, RAM modelling, abatements modelling, requirements and assumptions management; the systems architecture, the design management plan and the commissioning plan. This stabilized the team of 12, which delivered the scope of the bid on time and to consortium’s leaderships satisfaction.
