Our staff was engaged to setup of the systems engineering management for the AUD1.26b Regional Rail PPP consortium to supply and maintain 117 regional train carriages.
Our staff developed the Systems Engineering Management Plan for CAF SA and CAF Rolling Stock and led the requirements management as well as setup of the Rational® DOORS® Database, Interface Management and requirements allocation workshops for the whole consortium.
Thanks to his involvement, we were able to develop a Systems Engineering Management Plan that met the contractual requirements but was also in alignment with CAF internal management processes. Ruben is a team player and he takes responsibility beyond any expectation. He has great leadership skills and can help any organization to succeed in any project.
