Our Client, John Holland was awarded The Sydney Metro West Linewide (SMWLW) to deliver the critical rail infrastructure and systems required for metro train operations for the 24-kilometre underground railway connecting the Sydney and Parramatta CBDs, through to Westmead. The package delivers the line-wide systems scope, interfacing with the TSMO and Stations contractors.
Our role as Systems Engineering Manager:
- Led requirements and configuration management, developed the Engineering Management Plan, and optimized the engineering baseline process with Sydney Metro.
- •Established framework governance across all engineering processes and software applications, including dashboarding and auto-generated design reports from Relatics.
- •Led the Relatics (v6) development team, integrating with Databricks, DOORS NG, PowerBI, Primavera P6, Teambinder, Aconex and Projectwise.
- Delivered power-user and end-user training for all user groups
- The results – 200 active Relatics Users onboarded with 20,000+ requirements managed.
