The Adelaide Tram Grade Separation Project is a $600 million upgrade to remove key level crossings on the Glenelg tram line. It includes new overpasses at Marion Road, Cross Road, and Morphett Road to improve traffic flow and safety. The project is led by an alliance of major contractors and engineers. Construction begins in 2025, with tram services resuming by early 2026.
Overmorrow team worked on the development of a custom AI tool to establish traceability between 140 business requirements and 1,500 project requirements.
The tool uses an agentic workflow to automatically analyze and assess links, assigning a quality score. This enables fast, accurate, and scalable traceability.
