Widely acclaimed as the world’s most advanced pilot training aircraft, the Royal Australian Air Force acquired the PC-21 for both basic and advanced training. It includes the ground-based training system (GBTS) which combines the Mission Planning and Debriefing system, the Computer-based Training system and the Flight Training Devices (FTDs).
Overmorrow Team member’s role in the project included:
- Requirement Management, customization of the GBTS to meet RAAF specific (Defense) requirements and Australian standards.
- Leadership of the GBTS Safety Management System.
- Specialist services including Safety Assurance, Human Factors and RAMS.
