The Western Sydney Airport Line will see a new Metro rail line run from St Marys on the existing T1 heavy rail line to the Western Sydney Aerotropolis near Bringelly, via Western Sydney Airport (WSA).
The scope of the SSTOM (Stations, Systems, Trains, Operations and Maintenance) package includes the build of six new metro stations and elements of the surrounding precincts, the stabling and maintenance facility, rail infrastructure and systems required for the supply, commission and operations of the new trains, and run the line when operational.
Our team was in charge of System Engineering Management, Systems Integration and related information management system; working in close collaboration with the O&M team.
